Appalling Lack of Service & professionalism

One of our owner's organised for a fly screen to be replaced by this company, and we had to chase them to get the job done which took months even though it was paid for PRIOR! The owner of the business actually called one of the tenants and asked them to pick it up and install it themselves!! They agreed if the company would refund the money paid to which he was extremely rude and 'abusive' to the tenants so much so that they wanted to 'hit him'... that's how bad it was. He then said to him 'thanks for installing the the screen yourself, you are a true aussie and you must have no friends'. He also called the tenant's girlfriend a few days before and asked her to 'give the dogs a sleeping pill so they are not awake when I get there'...
Do yourself a favour and DONT use this company.
